To me as a Dutch person its very uncommon to buy water from bottles in a store. We have one of the best and cleanest water tap systems in the world, just in our homes. I always fill my own container that I bring with me wherever I go... also in comparison...what the Americans pay for a quarter gallon of gasoline, is still less than what we pay for a litre...
