Where is your faith? Multiple times our Messiah, Yeshua (Jesus), referred to those around him as a “faithless generation”. He was sent by our Heavenly Father to bring us back into a relationship with the Father. He came in the name of his Father, and we will bear that name as well, if we join with Him.
Our Heavenly Father works His power through His prophets, His son, and those who have faith in Him. Yeshua (Jesus), who bears the name of our Heavenly Father, says to have faith and ask for things in his name.
All creation answers to the Creator, and His power and authority is demonstrated through those who have faith in Him and work according to His plan. He worked through Moses to bring the children of Israel from slavery in Egypt and to take care of them in the wilderness. In the same manner, Yeshua (Jesus), “the prophet likened unto Moses”, demonstrated his faith and obedience to work miracles with authority from our Heavenly Father. Nature obeyed him, infirmities left at his command, demons flee in his name, and death has no power when life is given through his name. Amazingly, he tells those of us that follow him in faithful obedience that we will also do the same works, and greater.
