Haiku Challenge #1 shared Steam

Hello everyone,

This will be my first original post, I have been an avid resteemer thus far as we have a great and knowledgeable community. So to get started I thought I would do a challenge in which I share the steem that this will generate.

So I will write a haiku to get us started and in the comment section please write your own. The haiku in the comment section with the most up votes will get a portion of the steem this generates. In future challenges I may pick a theme or keep it completely open, depends how this one goes.

Side not, how long does it take to collect steam from a post? Thank you for responses to this question!

Also as a reminder a haiku is three lines, line 1 has 5 syllables, line 2 has 7 syllables, and line 3 has 5 syllables again. Here are some examples and then mine follows.
