The greatest lesson...is to lessen

Beautiful one, real-eyes this... you are not a diagnosis or a problem to be fixed. You are Truth itself, a timeless mystery, unfolding...layer by layer. And within each layer, EVERYTHING is here to help you!!! When you REALLY GET this...you will have reached a pivotal point on your spiritual journey... simply surviving yourself.

Many of us are either looking back or stuck in the past...in regret.

Or looking to the future...towards some far off dream. Criticizing where we are in this moment, because something about our current situation is in the way of our dreams.

What if now IS the dream? And everything you've done to be here...to get to this point...is meant to be commended.

The work that you perceive needs to be done...OUT THERE...is only pointing you to that reflection which needs to be loved...IN HERE!!!

Everything is part of the plan. You want to follow your bliss? Well, you will always be chasing it until you get the lesson...which is...to lessen.

Lessen the expectations
Lessen the blame
Lessen the thinking
Lessen the fighting
Lessen the planning
Lessen the drama
Lessen the knowing
Lessen the speculation
Lessen the micro-managing

Allow yourself to unfold, deepen and soften.
Allow yourself to be confused
Allow yourself to feel without understanding why
Allow yourself to be humbled by the miracle of simply being here now...in this!

Surrender to love...and all is well.
Surrender to the middle path.
Sure-ender to the end...of being sure.

Trust that everything is unfolding perfectly as planned
Trust that the universe is on your side
Trust that your body can heal itself when we lessen and be breathed

LOVE all that arises
LOVE that you have survived
LOVE exactly where you are

LIVE like you intend to stay

BE the father, mother, friend, lover, teacher...that you have been dreaming of.
