Scattered Sunday | Random Trip to LA & Korean BBQ!
While I wasn’t planning on doing much today besides laundry, I got persuaded to go down to LA to visit the Griffith Observatory. I’ve been to the observatory several times before, but it’s a beautiful place with great views of the city so I couldn’t pass up the opportunity.
It was a beautiful afternoon today in the city of angels, the air was crisp and clear and the sunset was beautiful up on the hill. There were a ton of people in the park today too, but it’s the weekend so that’s to be expected.

I’ve always loved the classic architecture of the observatory, it’s so beautiful inside and out, even if it was jam packed full of people today. On previous visits, it’s been mostly empty which was nice, but today I had to elbow my way around the place.
The ceiling inside the central dome has this beautiful fresco, I wish I could have got a better picture, but again, there were a lot of crowds so I had to snap this quickly as I was moving along.
After visiting the observatory, everyone was hungry so we headed out for some Korean BBQ. The nice thing about getting Korean BBQ in LA is that a lot of places are all you can eat. The place we went to was just such a place and is called Mudaepo II.
It was a very satisfying meal as Korean BBQ always is, and it made for a nice end to the day.
