Get me back in dat big city life!
Ok, so, its only been a week in the jungle and I have almost, already lost my mind. Internet was out, my truck broke down and was stuck on the side of the mountain for, well 6 days now. We had a major power outage, and my two best friends who were here, they leave tomorrow.
Aldo, kind soul. I called him this evening and he was sitting with @ptytrader & @tuyelblockchain. Having drinks, I miss these guys already!
Aldo reached out to me when I arrived home, rather, he extended his hand for mine. What a great connection. I found we have many similarities. He also mentioned he has this amazing apartment that is currently sitting unused. We hatched a plan, and I can stay there for free for my short stays. We will be looking into a venture in business together potentially as well, hopefully concreting what I am going to call my now second home, Panama. Last time it was the top floor of a Hotel central. Now, an apartment on the gof course. If it keeps up this way, those million dollar mansions are not far away. We know it doesn't make a difference though!!! Its always been about,community, tribe,genius, MY PEEPS!
The Steemit Meetups @hilarski & @anahilarski were able to arrange blew my mind. I am envious of this type of responsive community. SO I am making my way down within the next 7 days! Excited to meet those that I have not yet had the pleasure to, and those that have already shared their beautiful presence with me!

You've been to Panama before? How was it! I'm actually Panamanian and been wanting to go and actually experience my family roots and where we come from :). Granted, my family came from a heavily impoverished area, it would still be lovely to experience the country as a whole and understand my family tradition and culture a lot better. Once again, I hope you enjoy your trip back to Panama. Take a lot of photos and tell us how it goes <3 @thearcanebear
Oh thats great, we love the hustle and the bustle of the city. Our friends family there is a big part of the musesums to reps the traditional stuff. I will make sure to put a post out on that! Great idea!

haha, you know, if it was'nt just me on the side of the mountain alone, it would probably be easier. this shelter isnt always a home! although we are working to change that and focusing on surrounding ourselves with people and getting out and interacting with the global community again~ we built this planted its roots and it will continue to grow even when I am gone, just hired a full time yard worker to make sure of it!! Green house is stacked when I return

The alst time I was living in ten million dollar homes I had love beside me, so it was rich. HEre some days. alone, the shelter doesnt feel like home. it feels empty, even though I have done so many good things here.... it starts to wear me down
I lived in Panama for a year back in 2004. It was fun learning a slightly different culture, but the driving drove me crazy, lol!
