We decorated for Halloween!
Today my fiance Colin and I decided to run a few errands and were immediately drawn to the Halloween section. Halloween has always been one of my favorite holidays. As a kid, I can remember always looking forward to hand making my costumes with my mother and siblings. Deciding what I want to dress as and decorating our house was even better than the candy in my eyes.
A few months ago Colin and I moved into a duplex with fingers crossed that we would have good neighbors. If you've ever lived in an apartment or any sort of close living space, you know a good neighbor is rare. To our surprise, our neighbors are a lovely Honduras couple with three adorable children under the age of six. These kids are some of the sweetest and most well behaved kids I've ever met.
Colin and I went to Walmart and DollarTree and grabbed a few things to decorate our house with the kids in mind. They came home from school to find us stringing the cobwebs and the smiles on their faces made my day.

Great decor..There is so much you can do with decor, especially for Halloween! It depends if you want to make it fun and friendly or spooky and scary. That's what I love about Halloween, there's so many props you can use! Skeletons, cheese cloths, spider webs, witch's, bats, pumpkins, etc....
Thank you! We maybe only spent about ten to fifteen dollars on everything. The kids loved it and that's all I was hoping for.
:)
Happy Holloween..
Oh my gosh ..so cute !!! Like an American Halloween house in the movies :) Wish people did that a bit more here in the UK. Those kids are so sweet and what lovely neighbours your guys are
You guys don’t decorate for Halloween in the UK? I didn’t realize that! I love my neighbors so much so happy to have such a sweet little family next door.
