Mistakes were made... Trading Blog #4
This is how much value I would have at the moment if I had left all my coins alone and didn't trade at all. Its a really great feeling to be right about every GOD DAMN coin I said would go up went up. The problem is the day the alt coins all spiked after that bitcoin etf thing fell through I put all my currency into bitcoin because there was a chance bitcoin might go way up. But then the etf didn't go through so bitcoin price stayed the same which was fine. I didn't make and money and didn't lose any so it was no big deal. BUT then the alt coins I used to own all went APE FUCKING SHIT and sky rocketed. I woke up the next day and looked at my trading app and was like k. That's fine I ain't even mad. At that point I was like well I don't really want to buy back in at a bunch of price peaks but then the prices just continually kept going up the following days and weeks which was even more TRIGGERING.
The current state of things could be worse. I have still made some profit mostly trading factom. Either a few hundred usd or about a thousand I haven't bothered calculating it. But I missed a window of like $6000-$8000 profit so LOL. This happened before with dash. One day I literally said to myself in bed "tomorrow I am going to buy $1000 in dash and that very night the price went WAY UP.
This is why you don't get greedy kids and put all your eggs in one basket to try and make a heap of money in a short amount of time.
I'm actually pretty mad
Bought XRP at .00004750...thinking it would continue. I'm very, very new to trading, but educated in overall business - trading is fun because, long-term, has a lot to do with the team and the business model...I learned my lesson the hard way not to put my eggs in 1 basket!
XRP was SKYROCKETING, doubling, and right when I put all in, drop...very interesting. Learned how to read trend lines, candles, etc last night and it seems a lot more fund.
For now, I'm holding mad STR and XRP right now. Really hoping the 2 currencies get a boost for the STR giveaway to XRP and BTC holders on June 27th. We should see an increase in both STR/XRP if the market is smart. Gave you a follow and will be following posts! Good luck!
