Now that's out of the way... I didn't know but I somehow relate in a very minimal way. I was adviced by a counselor back in 2014 (had chronic depression for years) to use what I love most and escape when I can from this world. That thing for me is music so I bought good earphones and plugged in. My earphones leave my ears only when I am engaging other people (like right now) or taking a shower, literally. This has quickened my healing phase but affected my ears. I say the most whats nowadays and it's really freaking me out but I am not giving my freedom. Thank you for sharing :)
