Secure you WALLET!
Referring the above issue, there are several ways to prevent:
- Getting yourself a wallet with RFID protection. What is RFID, and you may find how does it work here.
- A simple trick of wrapping around a few sheets of Aluminium foil
- Increase the difficulty of RFID skimming by piling up your Credit/Debit Card with your ID card, shopping card, cash...etc
