benefit of a 60 minute siesta
If you take a nap for 60 minutes you will benefit greatly, your thinking will increase. You can remember facts, names and faces very well. The downside is you will feel dizzy when you wake up and it takes about 30 minutes to restore the freshness of the body. If you are dreaming while napping means you do not get enough sleep at night.
I have tried this but do not experience such benefits. I remember very well anyway so it would be difficult to increase this.
maybe this type of less suitable for your body, and you trying to do with the duration of different and at different times
I understand. Eight hours at night suits my body best but I know this because I tried other durations.
