Herbal allternative medicine! How to get rid of stress by using herbs in an appropriate way/tea?! ;)

Hello again, after a short break

I needed some time to set up myself again after the trip to Srilanka and big climatic changes (laughter).

In my intial / introductiory post i was writting about our familly run company - Herbal farm called ˝Zeliščna kmetija Rogelja˝.

So, beside topics related to tourism and my travel blogs, i intend to write some interesting contents related to herbal use, that matter alternative medicine (positive effects of herbs, teas, ointments, hydrolats; in short all of our produtcs) and our business as well.

So i´m going to pubblish and present you the features of the wide range of herbal products several times per week. Each time i will post and explain one of them (procedure of usage, usefulness, ingreditents, etc).

Today i will write about how to get rid of all the more frequent stress by using herbs or combination of the herbs alied to the specific tea.

So let´s start!

ANTI - STRESS TEA

Anti-stress is calming and relaxing tea. It reduces depression, helps with insomnia and restlessness, clears the memory and calms.

INGREDIENTS:

Valerian roots, black mint, balm, verbena, lady's mantle, oregano, thyme, pot marigold, red clover.

USE:

Put one tablespoon of herbs into 6 dl of boiled water and leave to infuse for 10 minutes, strain. We drink the tea three times a day for three weeks.
