Few Facts about Submitting Resume to Any Company
#1> Read the post very carefully and try to understand their business and how you can help that employer to grow their business. Do a small research on similar business and point out where you want to help and prepare a covering letter with all those points. DO NOT email without a covering letter. Do not copy paste a covering letter! for different employer you need different covering letter. This is the biggest chance for fresher to catch their attention even if you don't have any experience.
#2> Your email display name: please make sure you are sending email from a professional email id where you put your original photo ID name correctly. DO NOT put akasher megh, rater valobasha, noroker rajkumar, napawa betha, nishpap pori!!
#3>Subject of email: Please DO NOT leave subject empty! some company use secured email to receive their email. Without subject your email might get consider as spam.
#4>CV file format and name: Please USE pdf. format for your resume if you dont know how to convert your word file to pdf then you know nothing. For god sake save the file with your full name and last date you updated your cv. example: Adnan Ahmed 28_4_2018. DO NOT name the file : mycv, untitled_2, amar_resume, Important_doc
#5> Name, address, phone number, Email: Use only your name and your both address: current and permanent, make sure you DONT make any mistake here and DO NOT write your father's and mother's name here. provide only one phone number maximum two!( but personally i prefer only one number) DO NOT put 3 or 4 phone numbers!
#6>Experience and key skills : describe about your skills in beautiful manner, DO NOT lie and make sure you are not doing spelling mistake or grammatical mistake. Everyone does spelling mistake, its an common and acceptable mistake but NOT in your resume! Please read and revise carefully before you save your CV as pdf
#7> Educational background: please provide name of your institute, location of institute, Year of starting and passing,
finally grade. DO NOT put S.S.C and H.S.C only
#8>Reference: You must know some people to give reference, DO NOT write available upon request. Please provide their phone number and relation with them. Make sure you already notify them that you have added that person as your reference. DO NOT put any person's name without their concern.
