High cholesterol shock

Just when I thought I only needed to focus on my teenagers final exams, I find out I have hight cholesterol 😩.

The Dr said it's a silent heart attack 💔

It's been 3 weeks on these meds and the pain is crippling. From cramps to spasms. I even stopped chocolates. It's been 17 days🍫 and going strong. I can't feel a huge change yet, but slowly changing my diet. I have increased my fruits.

Any ideas on how I can make my changes and still enjoy food???? 😭
