Hello to everyone from Spain!
Here we are locked in our houses more tnan one month now.
And I have got 5 life-hucks for you for not to have a nerveous breakdown in the situation that we are living:

  1. DO NOT WATCH TV
    Really, there are only bad news that scare you all the time
  2. FIND SMTH THAT GIVES YOU ENERGY
    It can be a good book, a cup of coffee, your plants or any other thing. You can concentrate in this thing, breatnig deeply and relaxing
  3. LOOK FOR BEAUTIFUL THINGS AROUND
    Its spring now and the flowers are in bloom. While shopping for food find a minute, look around you, watch flowers and enjoy their look. It could be mountains, trees, anything, depending where you live
  4. SPEAK ABOUT GOOD THINGS NO BAD ONES
    There is much bad news, but talking to your family and friends try to find smth good to talk about. It could be your neighbour who hasnt lost his job or an old person you know who is save and healthy
  5. SUPPORT YOU FAMILY AND FRIENDS
    Talk to your family and friends for they know that you are there, you are with them, you love them and together you are much more stronger
    Thats all for now.
