Thats cool man. I think the key is to keep yourself busy, but at the same time taking care of yourself. I need to do that myself. I really take shitty care of myself and take it for granted. I recently quit tobacco though, so at least its a start.

Yeah, that's great man. I was a heavy smoker too. I stopped about a week after I was diagnosed. It was weird because everytime I smoked I thought about death. So smoking really didn't become a stress reliever anymore, it just made me think of dying. So I stopped.
