And then your whole day is twisted and bitter and heavy and unhappy. The fault is not in your spouse, boss or friends - the fault is in you! You see, it is not what they say that’s twisting your day but your response to what they say. Remember, you cannot control what people think or say, but you can control HOW you respond….
