The BNP has given a three-day program with a protest session after a two-point program to demand the release of Khaleda Zia.

At a press conference on Thursday morning, the party's Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir announced a new program.

The program includes a mass-sign-up operation on Saturday, a memorandum submitted to the Deputy Commissioner across the country on Sunday and protests and demonstrations in the district-metropolis except Dhaka city on Tuesday.

Mirza Fakhrul said that the program was announced in protest against the punishment of former prime minister Begum Khaleda Zia in the politically motivated case given by false, fake and fake documents and demanded her unconditional release.

"We are clear, we want peace, we do not want any conflict. We want to create a peaceful situation in the country, in which situation we want to create a situation that people can apply their franchise in the next election. With that goal we are giving peaceful programs. "

The BNP secretary general said that the next program will be announced on February 22, "We will ask permission for a rally in the capital's Suhrawardy Udyan. ... We hope that the government will give permission for a public meeting in Suhrawardy. "

The date for this will be announced soon, said Mirza Fakhrul.

Former Prime Minister Khaleda Zia was sentenced to five years imprisonment in the Zia orphanage corruption case on 8 February. Since then, he has been kept at the old building of Dhaka Central Jail on Nazimuddin Road.

After the release of Khaleda Zia, BNP has been protesting for the last two days on February 9 and 10 in the first phase demanding her release. Then they gave a three-day program, which ended on Wednesday on hunger strike.

As part of the three-day program, the BNP organized a human chain and Tuesday's sit-in program on Monday.

Meanwhile, the verdict of Khaleda Zia's verdict has not yet been received and her bail application is still not in court.
