Why people Quit or Fail so easily? - Crucial Reasons

We all are living in such a world where more people fail or quit so easily in comparison to people achieving success. One liner reason is, stop giving efforts and you can fail but to get success, we need to put lots of efforts in different areas. 

I meet many persons who says in morning that I want to achieve success in life, will do anything to achieve the success but in evening they say I cant handle  this or cannot learn this much. They all want success in life but by living life within their comfort zone. They cannot stretch their mind and body. I will share the some crucial reasons that why they have different mind set and thought process in comparison to a successful person. 

1. “Reasons - WHY” – This is the most important word behind the success. People are putting efforts day and night just to get the output but with no real reasons connected to the growth of life. We all fail many times in life but what motivates us to stay and perform is, our “WHY”. We must find the REASON before taking a DECISION. 

 

 2. “Lack of Knowledge” – It is the second most important thing to stay alive in the game.  We start participating in anything by just looking the outputs but we don’t see the efforts behind that. Once we start doing the same thing, we realize the efforts and then restrict ourselves by saying that I cannot put this much efforts or I am not capable of doing it or I do not have time or I will switch to something else.    

Let’s take a popular example of investing in BITCOIN these days. There were huge number of persons who have invested and traded in cryptocurrency in late months of 2017, when price skyrocketed to 20,000 USD. But once it started falling like anything, people who just came in there to double their money are not active now in this industry. They haven’t read about the Blockchain Technology and previous year charts, graphs, utilities etc. No deep analysis done by them as they thought that BITCOIN is a money making scheme. 

Fact is if you ask someone about bitcoin, 80-90% heard the name, 60-70% know incorrect definition, 40-50% knows correct but very less information. Only 10-20% knows what is BITCOIN and how it works and what is the future scope of it.  So this is all due to Lack of Knowledge.

 3. “Believe” – This is a crucial reason of failure. Lack of belief or doubt is like a tiny hole in the ship which is enough to take you down in the water with defected ship.

 Doubt % = (100 – Belief) % Make sure that doubt % is always zero to win over any challenge. Now the question is how we can make our belief system stronger? Answer lies in Point 2. More knowledge gives you more confidence and belief to achieve success. Knowledge and positive approach are the two things that make the belief system stronger.   

 

4. “Lack of Vision/Goals” – We all have dreams but very less people have dreams with specifications which are termed as GOALS that gives us clear vision on how to achieve, when to achieve and why to achieve it. Mostly people achieve short term success towards any goals and switch to the rest mode. That’s why it is important to make all three kinds of goals – Short Term, Mid-Term and Long Term. I remember two things, Purpose and Problem. If the Purpose is big enough then Problem looks very small. So we always need to take long-term visions. 

 There are many more points such as lack of patience , consistency, communication, self-growth and many more but I've discussed few crucial factors in this post.
