5 TRICKS to STOP Being Nice Guy

If you are tired of getting walked on and not getting what you want in life, This article is for you. Today i will be telling about 5 things that you can start doing to stop being the nice type of guy and don't get this confused.

This is not about turning you into a prick but instead like Dr Glover put in his book "No More Mr Nice Guy". These are gonna be the steps that you can take to increase your musculinity and get what you want from life Whether it's business, relationship or dating. If that sounds like you Let's move in to it.

1. Stop trying to make other people Happy

The nice guy always does what he is asked because he want to make other people happy even at the expense of his own happiness. This is also why he can't get a date because with girls he is always there always trying to please them like a well trained puppy. Women get instantly turn off by that. In other words a lot of nice guy do these things thinking that he is gonna get exactly what he wants in return . In other words known as "cova contract". For example I will do this hopefully they will like me back.

2. Learn to say NO

You are going to have to learn how to say NO more often. This is to make you more aware and not just stuck in the same cycle of "cova contract" I was just taking about. For example say there is a really pretty girl in your class or your job and she always ask you for help for with her work and you always say yes. Just because you like her but don't actually like doing the work. The next time she asks you for a favour, really think about how the task itself really make you feel and also how many times she hasn't returned the favour to you and done something for you. If that's the case just say No. Does this mean you are a bad guy? Absolutely not ,you are just more aware and conscious now. Like I said if you really want a depth knowledge about this, you really wanna learn how to stop being a nice guy.

3. Make your Voice Heard

Now that you have stepped away from being the yes ma'am. It's time to start making your voice heard because many nice guy just fall into the trap of following the herd to avoid criticism. By you starting to express your own opinions and how you truly feel will take you from that quite nice guy that everybody just walk over to a musculine assertive guy that people are actually listening to.

4. Set Boundaries

Say now people are listening to you, now you are expressing your opinions, with that voice you set the boundaries that you want. It's nothing you being a dick or a prick, it's that now you are saying what you are comfortable with and what you are not comfortable doing. And this is great for business and relationships. Say you are in a relationship but you are the one putting all the efforts and always doing everything because you are afraid to speak out. When you start putting boundaries and say what you want out of relationship, communication is the key, that's when you gonna be happier because if your partner loves you she is gonna put efforts in and balance out the relationship. Again communication is a key and when we are taking about business environment it's the same. If you are that nice guy you are the one everybody goes to do all the works that nobody wants done. But when you finally set boundaries you can actually say NO and say what you are comfortable and not comfortable doing.

5. Ask yourself this Question

If you didn't care what others thought about you how would you live your life ?
See, nice guys do what others want them to do. But if you really want to break the wall you have to forget about what others want and ask yourself what is it that you want. What career path do you want to choose, what type of woman would you like to date, who do you want your friends to be?

At the end of the day it's your happiness that matters.
