Hi @bleujay, it is nice to see a new principle post before weekend and once again, It is a good advice to know what you can show the people what you should not. We are all different and reacting in different way to different events or attitudes of people who we live with, work with and just who is around.

So true.....yes....'and just who is around' as you say.
Learning to think categorically.....'public versus private'......'colleagues versus family', etc. that sort of thinking does indeed assist in keeping one's poise.
