 Let me guess your thoughts after reading the headline: "I do not have time to even have a good breakfast, what are 45 more minutes?"

                                              


 Yes, a familiar story. We jump in horror from the fact that we slept again, feverishly dressed, on the way breakfast, we fly out of the house. Is it any wonder after this that the whole day then passes in a hurry, nerves and hectic? Meanwhile, you can organize your life in a completely different way. For this, it is worthwhile to know and execute only a few simple rules, which are discussed in this article.  


 So, how should you spend your first morning hour, so that your whole day is calm and fruitful ?

1. Wake up as early as possible

The ancients had such a belief that important things must be done early in the morning, because your fear is still asleep at this time. More than once I noticed for myself that those things that seemed complicated and voluminous in the evening were carried out without any apprehension and delay. In addition, your opportunities at the beginning and at the end of the day are completely different things. Therefore, try to maximize the duration of your morning and get up at least an hour early. This is not about reducing the duration of sleep, but simply about a small shift in your schedule.

2. Morning exercise (15 minutes)


Yes, for people who are seriously involved in sports, such a duration of morning exercises may seem ridiculously small. But for an ordinary person who does not do anything, even such a short warm-up can become a serious test. Especially if you deal with the HIIT system and use something like the advanced 7-minute complex, which is capable of giving you a serious load even in more than half a short time.

3. Meditation (10 minutes)


After a good awakening workout, it's time to relax and tune into a calmer mood. Our brain no less than our body needs constant care, and meditation is one of the best tools for this. Numerous scientific researches have repeatedly proved that meditation changes our consciousness, reduces stress level, improves brain activity and psychoemotional state. An excellent bonus for 10 minutes spent, is not it?

4. Entry in the diary (10 minutes)


Daily written practices are becoming more popular today, and it's not accidental. Keeping a diary is one of the easiest and at the same time effective ways to start to lead a meaningful life and increase your productivity. Fixing their feelings, achievements, new ideas helps them better think through, more clearly formulate and serves as the first step in implementing it. Definitely it's worth doing every morning instead of getting a fresh batch of unnecessary news from social networks.

5. Planning (10 minutes)

Almost all business people understand the importance of planning their day. Clear definition of your goals, setting priorities, finding out the specific sequence of necessary actions will help you make every day of your life as productive as possible.

  • There are many different planning techniques, but the best way is to use the following. Just select from the entire list of tasks the three highest priorities, those that you need to perform without fail. To accomplish tasks from this short list, you will proceed immediately upon arrival at the workplace and will not engage in anything else until they are deleted. This approach allows you to clearly identify the most important goals and make every effort to solve them.

As you can see, the recipe for the right morning is not at all complicated, consists of only four ingredients, and its preparation will take no more than 45 minutes. But then, throughout your day, you will eat the dish of a well-prepared, productive and successful day.

Morning sessions are nothing for me because I​ have to do it anyway ^^
But to wake up early as possible is so helpful. Then I​ feel fresh and concentrated.

@modernpastor i agree with you ,waking up early is so helpful ; keeping a diary and morning exercise are the hardest for me ; but i try to change some habits as well

@modernpastor ; i mean before i was little bit lazy but now i change some habits like waking up early , eat healthy food .....

When we get older hopefully we get wiser and see that we need to change some things in our life.
