a. Principles of Adult Education
These principles are related to training and education, and are usually applied to formal classroom situations or to on the job training systems. Each form of training should include as much of the 9 principles as described below. In order for us to easily remember it (9 principles), it is usually used a donkey bridge system or foreign term mnemonic, RAMP 2 FAME.
