Why should everybody train?
As you surely know, in year 2018 we are living in so modern and technical society in which you almost do not need to move. On the one hand it is very good, because every new generation of people are smarter that generation before. We can use cars, trains, ships or planes to transport us from one side of the country to another or even between countries in few hours. That is great, because it is making our live so much easier, but it is not so great for our body.

The body, your body, it is the only thing which you own for your whole live. If you are sleeping, your body sleeps with you. If you are under pressure, your body is under pressure as well. Life in our modern society does not force you to spend so much energy to get some food or to move from one place to another as it has been throughout the history of mankind. That is the main reason why you need to train. Your body did not have enough time to adapt to modern way of life or to modern way of eating. The proof of that are also modern civilization diseases such as obesity or spine problems.

Things which you are eating or drinking every day and things which you are doing every day are defining your body. These things determine how your body looks, how you feel in your body, if you are strong or weak. Your body was created for movement and movement is life. If you stop moving, you will cease to live. It does not matter what type of movement you choose. It can be everything, some kind of sport, martial arts, dancing or some simple workout, but if you will not additionally strengthen your body, then it will lose strength, flexibility and energy.
Take care about your body, because without it you cannot live proper life. If you do not want your body to disappoint you, do not disappoint your body.
