- It is completely free – you are not using any artificially weights only your own bodyweight, which you have always with yourself. You do not have to pay for any equipment, iron weights and dumbbells, or any payments in the fitness centre.
- You do not need to any experience to start – basics exercises of the calisthenics are push-ups, pull-ups, dips, squats. I think everyone knows how to do these exercises. Even when your technique is not the best from the start, a chance of getting injured is much smaller than in the case of exercising with dumbbells.
- You can train anytime and anywhere – you can train calisthenics outside in the street, in the workout parks or in your living room. It is completely up to you.
- Is composed of complex exercises – each of the basics exercises is complex movement. It means that every basics exercise in calisthenics engages more muscle groups. It contribute to higher calorie burning and better fat lose.
- Even body loads – helps reduce muscle imbalances and back problems. Calisthenics training helps naturally fix your body.

While I feel Calisthenics can only do so much compared to weights, I still say they should be in everyones' workout plan.It definitely builds core, balance along with giving your body that overall frame
