Philosophy - What is "Avalon Nation" about ?

The Location
Costa Rica is one of the most fascinating countries in Latin America - it offers a stable economy and infrastructure, rich culture, incredible nature, and countless activities.
Avalon Nation is located in the Papagayo Gulf - the most popular area of the country, where 80% of tourists visit.
But don't let that fact put you off - this only goes to show that "Crypto City" offers excellent infrastructure, high-speed internet and lots of activities.
The location itself is surrounded by nature, close to 20 different beaches, the marina, water sports activities and more.
Located in the middle of the action, at the cross road of the most vibrant and exciting neighborhoods in an area between the Four Seasons hotel and the Riu hotel, and between hundreds of beaches, the marina, golf courses, services and amenities, this property has unmatchable characteristics. Living in Avalon Nation
Once finished, Avalon Nation will be a large territory that stretches over 1,000 hectares, with different estates, a city center, a bungalow town and an Airpark community.
You can buy land for the Eco Estates for $100,000 (payable in cryptocurrency) which come with water, electricity, internet and internal roads, and even a nearby 12 ha Crystal Lagoon.
Apart from that, you can also buy Bungalows which will be located at the entrance of the city and ready for move-in.
There will be 20 Gated Communities of 15 units each, surrounding a pool and a clubhouse.
You can choose between 1-, 2- and 3 Bedroom Bungalows, ranging from $55,000 to $112,000, equipped with everything you need - furniture, appliances, cutlery, kitchen- and bathroom accessories and more.
Of course, you can also visit Avalon Nation as a tourist and book the bungalows like a resort, starting at $60 per night.
Avalon Downtown
Avalon Downtown is the heart of the "Crypto City". It's located around a 12 ha. Pool lagoon, designed with a contemporary architectural concept and will be the most modern commercial shopping center in the Papagayo Gulf area.
When conducting a market study about the area, it became obvious that this location doesn't only need quality services and shops, but also, safe and diverse spaces for leasure.
That's why Avalon Downtown aims to be a hub for entertainment, relaxation and other services, all while compromising with the environment towards sustainable development.
Apart from shops and restaurants, Downtown will include office- and co-working spaces, education for science, technology and more, a Fintech campus, Hotel pad, crystal club house and a white sand beach.

wow those pics are certainly inviting! lol I might actually do something like this. Its better than having to cash out in to dollars, pay income tax on it than pay for a trip. I hope more destinations will be available in bitcoin in the future, I am in a position where spending my bitcoin directly is the way to go!
