Gratitude Journal #1

My daughter is soon to commence Year 7 at school (in Australia, the academic school year starts in February).

Over the Christmas break, we were looking at some of her school books / work from 2017 and we came across this Gratitude Journal.

Apparently, at the beginning of each school day, her Homeroom teacher would ask the class to reflect on what they were grateful for, and then write a short sentence in their journal.

I thought I’d share some some snippets over the coming weeks.
