Fine if the environment is polluted
New clean-up law has come into effect from 1st February in Qatar. From now on, the legislation will be implemented on the field of Qatar Municipality and a special team of the Ministry of Environment. Members and observers of this group can apply executive judicial powers.
Various initiatives have been taken to keep Qatar clean and to keep public life and environment free from all types of germs. As a result, if convicted of environmental degradation or criminal conviction, criminal penalties and imprisonment should be faced by the criminal person or organization.
Chief of National Cleanliness Department of the municipality and environment, Safar al-Safi, recently announced the announcement, said an observer will oversee all types of activities that violate the law and warn and provide appropriate punishment if necessary.
If a person or organization is found guilty of environmental pollution in the new law, the minimum 300 riyals to the maximum of 6 thousand riyals will be fined. If the responsible person fails to change his behavior, he will face one year imprisonment and a maximum of 25,000 real fine or six months imprisonment and maximum 10 thousand real penalty.
Qatar's municipality and environment minister Mohammad bin Abdullah al-Ramaiahhi has issued instructions for this purpose long ago. A special team consisting of the ministry's environment, municipality and law department officials will work to implement this directive. Already, consultation with various organizations has started working to make the necessary rules. In addition, a workshop was also organized in the ministry to implement the law.
Note that climate change today is a recognized fact, real event. Due to rising warming, the rate of flood, cyclone, drought and other natural disasters is rising in the world. As a result, the small worlds of the Third World and the developing economy are facing severe threat. According to UNICEF's estimates, around 53 million children in the world live in over-flooded areas. Of these, 30 million children live in countries where half or more people are poor. Apart from this, more than 16 million children live in very drought prone areas. And 15 million children live in areas where there is cyclone tendency. A World Bank report says that in the next 15 years, more than 100 million people in the world can push poverty towards climate change. The United Nations-backed Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) report on climate change has said the global temperature will increase from 0.3 to 4.8 degrees Celsius in the century. Where industrial industries are located, there will be an increase of 0.7 degrees.
So, people should come together to reduce global warming. Before assuming responsibility on the other's neck, take responsibility for your neck. I will take oath with one another. As per Qatar law enforcement, it will evident that for safe environment every nation can follow Qatar. Wherever there is no dirt, do not waste natural resources, do not grab river-forest-hills. Do not pollute our dear world. Our smallest oath will be replaced by the country. This will be our favorite world. Come on, we're all one in the forefront of global warming.
