My Grandparents
There are two people i know in my life who are very strict in deciplining children in an old ways.
Those are my grandparents, when i am a child i find them scary, when we are already teenager they have their rules;
Sleep early starting 6 pm to 6 am in the morning.
Every weekends we need to go with them in our farm to cultivate and plant vegetables.
No talking with with boys unless their relatives.
No to disco especially when there are sweet dance with a boy😊
Those are 4 rules i mention above we broke but they have actually too many rules😅,
Back then i don't understand why are they giving us rules, why are they so very strict when it comes to us, why do we need to do this, to do that, we really don't understand.
But all of those questioned are answered when i start to work in a far place and experiencing ups and downs. I realized these things they did those rules we always neglect are for our future coming.
Today, those experieced is one of my treasure because it is very clear to me that they really loved us.
These picture was send to me by my sister, this day is my grandparents birthday holding their cake together.😊
Their Birthday without us because of the quarantine, Thank God my sister has savings so she bought a two cake for each of them and engraved my name to the cake.
I cried when my sister told me that when my grandparents saw my name they cried because they are expecting us to be there in front of them singing happy birthday with them.
These are their moments together with my relatives and family in our province
To have them as my grandparents is a blessing, they teach us so many things, we are who we are today because them.
