Life at 25

I CAN’T BELIEVE I’M ALREADY 25!

Sometimes I look at pictures of me at 17 and wonder what made me think that shirt was a good look.

And, as much as I try to shake it, I'll never lose the image of myself at 23, breaking down when all along I thought I was that strong in a city I’m not really used to live in.

I can't go back and change mistakes I've made in the past, but I can certainly use all I've learned to pave the way to a better future. I've certainly learned a lot in my first quarter of a century.

So, as a birthday present to myself I promise to hold myself in higher regard moving forward, I will not let other people’s judgment degrade me, I will let people come and go because I know those people who truly loves me will stay no matter what. I will just stand back when I fall, I will trust God’s plan for me and keep in mind that my life’s already written by The most gracious, kind and loving author - God and that my life’s planned according to His will 😍❤️
