How to control your anger
Anger is a form or mixture of natural emotions that all of us have experienced at some point of time in our lives.There are many factors that force an individual to be angry.One may feel angry if some basic human needs are not met like food,shelter,sex,sleep and many more.

What are the factors that causes anger:
Anger in any individual may arise from various situations,it may be differ from person to person.Some of the common factors that can easily develop a sense of anger are :
1-Disappointment or failure from anything.
2-Hunger
3-pain
4-lack of sleep or tiredness
5-sexual frustration
6-being tensed or stressed out
Besides there are many more which may trigger the anger inside any individual at a certain time.
Being angry is not good for you physical and mental health-
According to some reports being angry can bring toll upon your health.When a person is angry the body releases many kind of
hormones such as adrenaline,cortisol and others.The blood pressure fluctuates rapidly the heart beats are abnormal the body temperature rises all this can have a severe effect on your health and can lead to metabolic changes if a person becomes angry regularly.The symptoms may be regular headache ,hypertension,stroke ,heart attack,insomnia and others.
How to avoid being angry-
1- Get a good sleep every night.It might help you get good physical and mental health.
2-Try to stay calm when you think that anger is building inside you.
3-Find out what makes you angry and try to avoid them.
4-Regular exercise can boost your health and maintain the levels of adrenaline and cortisol further it may help to produce good amount of endorphin which is a feel good hormone.All these will help you to have a sound mental health and fight anger .
You have to understand that anger is not an entity.You are not angry always so why to avoid it,it is not like that anger is sitting somewhere you go and hit it and you are angry.It is when you choose to be angry you develop the anger inside you.When you are angry it is neither good for you nor pleasant for others.You must think that what will be the outcome of your anger and what effect will it have on others.So try to stay calm and be happy.
REMEMBER-
You will not be punished for your anger, you will be punished by your anger.
