Self Reflection- July 26, 2023

Today wasn't as busy, I'm thankful that I'm still alive and that I have loving and supportive friends and family. I'm also happy that I still have a fulfilling job because I get to meet different kinds of people and give them a brief interview, asking about their lives or how is it in their home country. Though there are also times during my treatment when they only choose to be quiet and that's the time when I usually reflect on myself but there are times when I feel bad because I would have negative self-talk with myself.
