Gratitude Journal January 23, 2024

Today, I was able to wake up earlier than usual. I had a dream of shoveling snow. I had to get ready because it was my interview at 1:30 pm. I was getting ready and I kinda rushed towards the end because I didn't prepare my stuff. It was snowing while I was walking to the bus stop. When I got there, I had to wait for only a few minutes before it arrived. I had to ride two buses to get there and it took me around an hour and 30 minutes to get there. The commute was a bit long but it was okay. When I reached the center it seemed so quiet. I used the bathroom before going inside and then I met the person who would interview me. The interview was okay and then they said they would call me back if ever. After that, I went straight home, When I got home. I was able to shovel some snow on the driveway and walkway, but after shoveling for a few hours, the snow accumulated again. I felt tired today, and just felt like sleeping. I got to eat with my aunt and uncle and I was so lazy and hungry because that was the only time I ate for today, I then met my partner half way to carry her bag and got home. I then shoveled the excess. I don't know why but it feels great to shovel snow. After that I was just using my laptop the whole time and continued applying. Still thankful that I was able to get interviewed and everyone in my family is safe.
