French Fries @senseicat

Personally, I think that home made French fries taste the best. I cut up Idaho potatos and season them with salt, Monterey chicken spice, a dash of tabasco for an extra kick, coat it in olive oil and bake at 425 degrees for about 20 minutes.

    If you like extra crispy fries try to cook them twice, it really makes a difference.
