Pescado asado
El fin de semana nos dimos el gusto de preparar y comer un delicioso pescado asado.
En la Isla de Margarita es común comer productos del mar. El Atún relleno con ají criollo, cebolla y perejil, es un plato exquisito. en esta oportunidad lo acompañamos con pepitonas y caracoles que cocinamos a la parrilla.
