New Year pledges
Many New Year pledges are made on New Year's Eve. For example diet, sport, give up smoking. Many adhere to this vow, but many give up after a month. I don't make a New Year pledge, because I don't think it depends on a specific date, our determination. Man can always decide to change his lifestyle. No special dates are required. So, if you want to change something and not make a New Year's vow, don't wait a year, feel free to change at any time.
