Kim Fields, Todd Bridges, 'Unavoidable truths that apply to everyone' cast recall Charlotte Rae

Performing artist Mindy Cohn (Natalie Green on "Realities") called Rae "a unimaginable power of a lady" in an Instagram post.
Rae's famous homemaker character of Mrs. Garrett, adored for her understanding and intelligence, really started in 1978 amid the main period of NBC's "Diff'rent Strokes."
"Strokes" co-star Todd Bridges, who depicted Willis Jackson in the show, additionally shared his sympathies.
Rae took a shot at "Actualities" for seven seasons, leaving the show in 1986. "I required some time for whatever is left of my life," she stated, as indicated by the AP.
