Sudan Famine
This photograph was taken during the famine in Sudan in 1993, and was awarded the Pulitzer Prize, where this starving child and his skinny body crawled towards a food camp a kilometer away. The eagle, who does not eat unless the bird stands close to him, waits for his death to eat.
This image shook the world, and no one knows what happened to the child after that ... Three months later, the photographer, "Kevin Carter," was found to be perhaps a victim of this image, and the gloom, frustration and shame of all the people.
