Carnival

Every year thousands of people celebrate the march to the new Bangla session. This year's mall rally will be the people's slogan #Man Vajale Gold.'

History of this Carnival :

The carnival started from 9am on Saturday in front of the Fine Arts Institute of Dhaka University. On the morning of the procession, the Sheraton junction, Shahbagh and TSC turned around in front of the Folk Arts and ended at 10:10 am.

UN approved Carnival :

In November 2016, the UN organization's UNESCO cultural heritage site was organized at the initiative organized by the Fine Arts Institute of Dhaka University.

Since morning, people are gathering in TSC, Dole square, Shahbagh and its surroundings. Within 9 hours the whole area became a lot of people.

Beautiful tulips of different colors decorated with beautiful women in red and white dresses. The youth were wearing red-white Punjabi.

In the carnival, there was a huge buffalo, pressed doll, sun, bark, fish. The king-queen, along with various ceremonial colors and masks were in the procession.

There were also colorful birds and symbols of chicks.

Mangal procession for the festivals of the Bengali festival of Baishakh The Mangal procession started from 1989 on the initiative of Fine Arts Institute of Dhaka University. From the beginning, the name of the art festival was not a marching rally. Then its name was the anniversary celebration. It was named as the Mangal Sholayatra in 1996.

Celebrations on the occasion of celebration began in 1989, but its history is more than a few years old. In 1985 or 1986, a company called Charupitha organized a jubilee for the first time in New York on the occasion of New Year.
