A LEADER IS ONE WHO KNOWS THE WAY, GOES THE WAY AND SHOWS THE WAY
Any man can become a leader, but it is not that simple. A leader who has no clear vision of the way or the path on which he is going to lead others and just wishes to guide the people to the likes and dislikes of his own will likely not have any followers. No one enjoys accepting orders by others that do not mean anything to them.
"Leadership is not so much about technique and method as it is about opening the heart. Leadership is about inspiration of oneself and of others. Great leadership is about human experiences, not processes. Leadership is not a formula or a program, it is a human activity that comes from the heart and considers the hearts of others. In an attitude not a routine."
Know the Way:
If a man plans to take others on a journey whose destination is not defined than no one will agree to go with him. One cannot just plan a journey with no destination. He should know where he is going and where he is leading others to, his visions should be clear. Everyone wants to be a leader and tell others the way and show them how to get there but they themselves are no willing to do what they want others to do.
Go the Way:
A leader is the one who has his own style, plan, method and strategy for achieving a particular goal. One who has the skills of making or carrying out the plans? He is not afraid of anyone or anything, he knows what he is doing is right. He knows the way and has a clear vision of his goal, he follows that vision and shows others the way to achieve that vision.
Show the Way:
A leader always motivates his follows for the best. They ask others to strive hard and accomplish their goals. They never demotivate or degrade others. No one will ever follow a discouraging leader. A true leader is always the first person doing what he or she is saying Leadership, when it is done correctly it influences people to do the right thing, but does not enforce it.A leader need to be able to clearly explain employees everything from managerial to precise tasks. The main part of communication is listening. If you listen properly than there should be a steady flow of communication between yourself and other members. Leaders lead others by motivating them to strive on certain goals and accomplish their tasks. Good leadership requires discipline.
Attitude is Important:
A positive attitude can help you go full day without any hurdles or stress. Laugh at yourself when something doesn’t go as planned to create a happy environment. If employees feel that they work in a positive and creative environment they will enjoy more and they will be more likely to want to be at work. Managers or employees should feel comfortable for Questions and their concerns. Answer them in a proper way so that employees will only trust leaders they respect.
Conclusion:
In the end, a powerful leader always thinks outside the box it helps to solve an unsolvable problem. Leaders need a communication path between them and their employees. Leaders should deliver useful information to team members about their current performance. This help employees or members to gain more and improve their previous mistakes. Either man succeeds or fail he just has to accept the blame when something does not go properly. If employees see that there leader is pointing towards something bad than they will lose all the respect from him.
"Leadership is not about titles. It is not about seniority. It is not about status, and it is not about management. Leadership is about power and the ability to know when and how to use it to influence the people around you to do and become more! Transformational leadership is about using your actions to elevate others and put them on their path to greatness."
Beautiful words from you, well done

Thanks for sharing this with us..
I agree
Great Post, leadership is about effective relationship management. Take a look at my recent post related to leading projects with multiple stakeholder and I think we have come to the same conclusion.
@sameer777 you just explained it all. Leadership begins with oneself. One who does not know the way, or go the way would eventually show a wrong way. We probably have a lot of bad leadership today because leaders intend to show the way they never go or know themselves.
Your points make sense. Great job
I also agree and would kindly add the point of authenticity.
As perceptive Beings we can sense in a second if someone stand in their true beliefs or if someone is just acting in their own interest.
Being authentic in what you do gives, not just the person who is leading, a fulfilling confidence but also lifts up the people around them in an inspirational way.
Nice one @issi. Like Seth Godin maintained,

A LEADER IS ONE WHO KNOWS THE WAY, GOES THE WAY AND SHOWS THE WAY! This post has been resteemed by the mystical @resteemmuse!!!!
It's interesting how that I wrote something similar today. Only that mine bordered on leading by example. Yes it's true, leadership is required at every sphere and levels in life, and it is very important that we get to learn how it's done. Get skills that will enable you to know the way, go the way and show the way.
A good read.

@sameer777 You hit the nail right on the head in the very first paragraph. People need to be inspired, not just follow someone by default because that's what you do.
It's what separates real leaders from those who are just in charge. They people of indisputable character, integrity and possess the clarity of thought to breakdown old paradigms and create new more inspiring ones.
Real leaders think nothing of offering their hand to help those on the rungs below them to reach the height they are at. They inspire transformations in people by empowering them. They create the next generation of leaders to follow on from them.
Those who are in simply in authority rarely take heed of the advice of those around them fearing it will make them look weak. They fail to realise true strength is to be humble, and not become so attached to their ways of thinking that they drift into zealotry.
There is the loss of perspective and objectivity by being too invested in their own dogma to create a long-term plan for the collective. It is all about them, and their hold on power.
They see every challenge to their authority as a threat, and seek to suppress those below them for fear of being supplanted from their position.
The world is sorely lacking in real leaders...
