A Limerence Story (Happening now)

Hi internet stranger!

My name is Sam and here's my story:

Nine months ago I met a girl in a skeezy bar called Bimbo's Deluxe -- her name is Sim. While we were kissing on the dirty couches by the bar, she demanded that I "Uber" her home in the morning -- I liked her immediately.

Since Bimbo's we've had some unforgettable adventures running, climbing, and partying waaay too late (happy to share the free ThursGay Night if anyone is interested). She held me together during the most stressful week of my life leading up to my brother's wedding. Suffice it to say -- I'm in limerence.

Over New Years, we went to Falls Festival and things got weird but we came out closer than ever. During the festival I made some stupid promises, like that I would kiss her on my birthday (January 22nd).

So here's the twist: Sim just left to work in Nepal for 5 weeks....and I really want to surprise her there.

I haven't bought a ticket or planned anything about the trip so it'll be expensive and might stretch me a little thin financially but what's money for if it can't buy you a little magic - right? ;)
