WHAT IS RESILIENCE?

Do you think you can face adversity, tragedy or severe stress and be able to succeed? Getting up every time you feel fall due to a bad experience, be it an illness, a separation or economic problems means that you are a resilient person.The issue is that resilient people are able to overcome the problematic situations that arise and not only that, but they are also able to use each problem as a possibility to grow or they can see the world in a more optimistic way, in addition, the resilient people are those who develop those skills necessary to face the different challenges that may arise in life. They are people who never give up and it has been shown that, although it is not inherited, it can be learned, of course nobody knows if it has this capacity until it goes through an extreme experience and it is when it has passed the test that it realizes the progress it has made.

The main idea is that you take out the positive part of the situation that you have lived, nobody says it is easy, but we must keep in mind that we will never escape from any problem throughout our life, so at least try to get something good when the time come.

Remember that to overcome a difficult situation resilient people seek support from their friends, they will help you to carry the burden of the problem to the end either by listening or advising you when you need it.
