구인(蚯蚓)이 지룡(地龙)으로 변한 전설(传说)

지룡(地龙)의 원명(原名)은 구인(蚯蚓)이다. 구인이 지룡으로 변하면서 그 가치는 용(龙)과 평등하게 되었다. 송태조(宋太祖) 조광윤(赵匡胤)과 깊은 관계가 있다.

송태조(宋太祖:서기 960 년 - 서기 976 년) 조광윤(赵匡胤)이 등극하자 마자 얼마 지나지 않아 “전요환단병(缠腰火丹病: 대상포진)에 걸렸다. 효천병(哮喘病)도 함께 복발(复发)하였다. 태의원(太医院) 의관(医官)들은 온갖 지혜를 짜내어 치료해 봤지만 백약이 무효였다. 태조(太祖)는 화가나서 자기를 치료했던 모든 의관(医官)들을 감금(监禁)시켜 버렸다. 후에 어느 하남부(河南府) 의관(医官)은 낙양(洛阳)에 피부병(皮肤病) 만 전문으로 치료하는 활동빈이란 별명을 갖고있는 유명한 한약방 주인이 있다는 소문을 들었기에 궁중에 추천하였다. 활동빈(活洞宾)은 궁중(宫中)으로 들어가 태조(太祖)의 허리에 삥 물러서 대두 콩알 만한 수포(水泡)들이 즐비하게 돋아나 있는데 흡사 진주(珍珠) 알맹이 처럼 생겼다. 이때 태조(太祖)는 활동빈에게：“朕的病怎么样”라고 물었다. 다시 말하면 ”짐의 병은 무슨병이냐?"는 뜻이다. 활동빈(活洞宾)은：“皇上不必忧愁，下民有好药，涂上几天就会好的”。라고 서둘러 태조에게 아뢰었다. 다시 말하면 ”폐하! 조금도 걱정할 필요가 없습니다. 소신이 신효막측한 치료약을 갖고 있는데 2, 3 일 만 치료하면 완치될 것입니다.” 는 뜻이다. 태조(太祖)는 냉소(冷笑)하며：“许多名医都没有办法，你敢说此大话”。라고 말했다. 다시 말하면 ”허다한 명의들도 아직까지 치유하지 못했는데 네가 감히 큰 소리를 친단 말이냐?"고 물었다. 활동빈(活洞宾)은：“倘若治不好皇上的病，下民情愿杀头，若治好了，请皇上释放被监禁的太医”。라고 태조에게 아뢰었다. 다시 말하면 ”만일 소인이 황상의 병을 치유하지 못한다면 소인의 목을 내어놓겠습니다. 만약 황상의 병이 치유된다면 현재 감옥 속에 구금되어 있는 모든 태의들을 석방해 주십시오.” 라는 뜻이다. 태조(太祖)는 ：“若真如此，就答应你的要求”。라고 대답했다. 다시 말하면 ”만약 너의 뜻이 그러하다면 짐이 너의 요구를 들어주마.” 라는 뜻이다. 활동빈(活洞宾)은 즉시 전외(殿外)로 나아가 작은 질그릇 항아리 속에서 몇 마리의 지렁이를 꺼내어 약탕기 속에 집어 넣더니 지렁이 위에 꿀물(蜂糖)을 부었다. 지렁이는 물로 변했다. 활동빈은 면봉에 그 물을 묻혀 태조(太祖)의 환처(患处)에 발라 주었다. 태조(太祖)는 즉시 시원해 짐을 느꼈으며 통증(痛症)이 경감(减轻)됨을 스스로 느꼈다. 활동빈은 한 컵의 구인즙(蚯蚓汁)을 태조에게 복용 시키려고 하였다. 태조(太祖)는 깜작 놀라며 “这是何药，即可内服，又可外用”。라고 물었다. 다시 말하면 ”이 약은 무슨액이냐? 외용도 하고 내복도 한단 말이냐?” 는 뜻이다. 활동빈(活洞宾)은 사실대로 태조에게 아뢸 경우 벌을 면치 못할 것을 미리 알고 있었기 때문에 임기응변으로 ：“皇上是真龙天子下凡，民间俗药怎能奏效，这药叫做地龙，以龙补龙，定能奏效”。 라고 아뢰었다. 다시 말하면 ”황상께서는 참용천자가 천상에서 속세로 내려오셨기 때문에 민간 속세의 약으로는 효과를 내지 못합니다. 이 약은 지룡이라고 칭하는 약인데 용으로써 용을 보 할수 있는 것입니다. 신효막측한 효험이 있습니다.” 는 뜻이다. 태조는 활동빈의 말을 듣자마자 즉시 기뻐하며 지룡즙 한 컵을 쭉 들이 마셨다. 며칠이 지난 후 태조(太祖)의 포진(疱疹)은 모두 탈락(脫落)되었고 해천(咳喘)도 멈추었으며 통증도 완전히 소실(消失)되었으며 정무(政務)를 다시 보게 되었다. 이로 인하여 활동빈은 영화를 누리게 되었고 지룡(地龙)의 명성(名声)과 공능(功能)은 온 천하에 퍼지게 되었다.
