You cannot possess a mind — unraveling the ego
The ‘self’ or actual root of being is nothing like the language we use to talk about it. It is incapable of possession. Completely incapable.
In fact, when it imagines that it ‘possesses’ something, which is to say ‘grasps’ it, what it possesses is implicitly self-violating, since to possess non-self/non-relation ‘as product’ is to ‘become’ it, for the mind, consciousness, and individuation are... like your own hand in this way. Thus, the self ‘becomes possessed by the delusion of grasp’ and ‘is prone to collapse into what it is using to see or act as’.
If you can show what your hand ‘possesses’... you will see what your mind and soul-root ‘are like’. What are they like? Something more than all of science, religion, language and opinion. Like a living doorway made of wings.
And those wings are filled with eyes.
At least, until they become concerned with ‘possession’, which is 9/10ths of our habits with language and... most unfortunately, thinking, being, and relation.
Hands cannot possess, but they are possessed by and become the activation of toys or tools... that which they ‘grasp’; and so, too is the mind and possible person who is ‘doing and becoming this activity’.
Very true!
Conciousness, so what....spirituality/ advaita = dead peoples ideas.
