Communication - key to success

Why do companies have more and more problems due to missing, wrong or confusing communication??

We are living in a world full of communication tools, but personal and direct  communication facing people is getting rare. In a world of short messages, often self-limited time (due to believe that omni precense in life is necessary), we do not take care of clear, correct and for all understandable communication. We forget the humans we want to reach with our messages and their needs of informations, state of education and their understanding. Communication should lead to a feedback, which is essential for growth, personal evolution and success. Communication is for all and not only for  chosen  executives.  If leaders today still believe that they have to hide their plans and not benefit from the wisdom of their employees, based on openminded communication, then they are no leaders. Leaders being afraid of knowing what their employees are thinking of their targets, actions and management audits are unrealistic. The key of success is understandable, realistic and honest communicatio with respect to all, which is challanging, but never wasted time!!
