Why Sometimes We Feel So Sad?

Sometimes when we 're feeling sad., it's important just to feel the sadness. Like a snake shedding its skin, old feelings of remorse and regret and hurt and anger often have to come up in order to be released. On the other we're a better person, capable of happier life. . who we are when we're no longer bounded by the buried feelings that weighed us down, or the self-defeating patterns that the pain produced.

Sometimes we all feel sad, at that moment we all need a person to notice that fact, Sometimes we all need a hug without any reason, because giving a hug can bring warmth even in life's coldest season, But don't you loose your hope, because hope can give you a dream to have a bright scope.

Sometimes in life we feel so sad but Someone, somewhere is not happy as us. Somewhere a mother painfully sighs,Because her new born baby didn't open her eyes.. Somewhere a poor dad silently cries, When he sees his son begging for a bowl of rice.. Somewhere for at the border when a soldier sleeps, Missing his loved once he silently weeps.. Somewhere in an orphanage a little girls sad, When she misses her mom & dad..
So at times a reason to smile you may not have any,
Say to yourself that you're happier than many..
Because life is beautiful and it's not always dark,
And someone, somewhere is not happy as u!!

It's sad how so much negativity an close minded you are.. I'm not trying to be mean but sometimes we care because we feel the same way. I guess it's up to you to accept it or reject it. One of the simplest ways to stay happy is letting go of the feelings that makes you sad.
