DAY 2 of 7 day challenge to MOVE THAT BODY
HELLO THERE!
This 7 day challenge is to get your body moving. These are quick 10-12 minute workouts that get you up and moving, get that energy flowing and blood pumping.
If you haven't exercised in a while and want to ease into an exercise routine, this challenge is for you! If you overdid it on the holidays and need a little push to get moving again, this challenge is for you! If you just want to join in and move that body, this challenge is for you!

Today's challenge is as follows:
jog in place for 20 seconds
20 jumping jacks
arm rotations for 20 seconds
jog in place for 20 seconds
3x - Walk up and down a set of stairs (if you don't have stairs, jog in place for 1 minute)
rest for 30 seconds
20 pushups
rest for 30 seconds
3x - Walk up and down a set of stairs (if you don't have stairs, jog in place for 1 minute)
rest for 30 seconds
10 lunges each leg (alternating legs)
rest for 30 seconds
3x - Walk up and down a set of stairs (if you don't have stairs, jog in place for 1 minute)
rest for 30 seconds
Plank hold for 30 seconds
Thigh stretches - hold for 15 seconds, switch leg and repeat

Tricep stretch - hold for 15 seconds, switch arms and repeat
Shoulder stretch - you guessed it, hold for 15 seconds, switch arms and repeat!
