Maintain a Balance Your life is controlled by four aspects that are: mental (brain), emotional (heart), spiritual (faith) and physical (body). Learn to maintain a balance between them.

Accept Change as a Part of your Life. The more you adapt to change, the easier your life will be because change can give you great and better opportunities.
Visit places where you have never been. Seeing a new place will allow you to discover and learn more about other things in your life. It will help you expand your perspectives and horizons.
Read books. The best way to live is to learn continuously.
Go to Classes Remember that you will never be too old to learn and discover where you can be happy.
Invest Time in Making Memories and Make a Diary. Find time to create memories with others and write down each moment you do not want to forget, whether it is good or not. Read your journal from time to time, it will surely make you laugh.
Capture the Moments. The ability to recover a memory decreases exponentially unless you are given a boost with artificial aids such as photos and videos.
Smile. Nothing can beat a heart and a happy mind. Be happy no matter what happens and start sharing your sweet smile.
