I am so sorry for your diagnosis of Glaucoma.
But, I am truly grateful that God lets you know your condition in the right time. I am also a Christian, maybe just a Sunday Christian. Sometimes, we lose faith, and cannot see that real happiness and peace lie in our ordinary and seemingly painful everyday life.
But yes! It is true, as you said, our life today is a very special present from our Awesome God!
