In 2019, Eid has almost arrived. The celebration of victory for Muslims will certainly be very lively. After a month of fasting it will certainly be a real victory. We will return to the rhythm before fasting. eat and drink as you wish.
Keep Mouth and Stomach
Celebrations that are a sign of the end of fasting are often an opportunity to repay self-control for one month. We are free to do anything, including eating and drinking to our heart's content.
Often times we encounter freedom after a month of fasting is returned by eating at will. A form of revenge after being used to not eating during the day for a month.
When Eid Al-Fitr arrives we cannot control ourselves. All types of food enter our stomach. Our mouths are entered into all kinds of drinks served on this victory day.
As a result, our stomach becomes full, bloated and uncomfortable in the afternoon.
For that there are some tips that we can do to keep our bodies awake and healthy.
1. Desire control
When we celebrate Eid al-Fitr we are given a variety of food and drinks. Do not immediately taste and eat or drink heartily. Too many types of food and drinks make us feel happy and bloated
2. Don't eat too spicy
avoid eating too spicy so that your stomach is not disturbed until it can cause diarrhea or trigger an ulcer.
3. Choose fibrous foods
fibrous foods make our bodies healthier. Avoid foods that are too fatty or coconut milk so that our stomach is not bloated and bloated.
4. Drink plenty of water
White water will make liquid availability better. If we drink less water can trigger digestive and kidney disorders.

Tahun 2019 ini lebaran sudah hampir tiba. Perayaan kemenangan bagi umat Islam tentu akan sangat meriah. Setelah sebulan berpuasa tentu akan menjadi satu kemenangan yang nyata. Kita akan kembali pada ritme sebelum berpuasa. makan dan minum sesuka hati.

Perayaan yang menjadi tanda berakhirnya puasa sering kali menjadi kesempatan untuk membalas pengendalian diri selama satu bulan. Kita bebas melakukan apa saja, termasuk makan dan minum sepuasnya.
Sering kali kita jumpai kebebasan stelah sebulan berpuasa dibalas dengan makan sekehendak hati. Bentuk balas dendam setelah terbiasa tidak makan di siang hari selama sebulan.
Saat Idul Fitri tiba kita tak bisa mengendalikan diri. Semua jenis makanan masuk ke dalam perut kita. Mulut kita dimasuki segala jenis minuman yang tersaji di hari kemenangan ini.
Akibatnya, perut kita menjadi sebah, kembung da tidak enak di sore harinya.
Untuk itu ada beberapa tips yang bisa kita lakukan untuk menjaga agar badan kita tetap terjaga dan sehat.
1. Kontrol keinginan
Saat kita merayakan Idul Fitri kita diberikan hidangan berupa makanan dan minuman yang sangat beragam. Jangan langsung mencicipi dan makan atau minum dengan lahap. Terlalu banyak jenis makanan dan minuman membuat kita akan merasa sebah dan kembung
2. Jangan makan terlalu pedas
hindari makanana yang terlalu pedas agar lambung kita tidak terganggu hinga bisa menyebabkan diare atau memicu maag.
3. Pilih makanan berserat
makanan berserat membuat tubuh kita akan lebih sehat. Hindari makanan yang terlalu berlemak atau bersantan agar perut kita tidak sebah dan kembung.
4. Perbanyak minum air putih
Air putih akan membuat ketersediaan cairan lebih baik. Jika kita kurang minum air putih bisa memicu gangguan pencernaan dan ginjal.
